	I. You are eligible for an PoetsPress.com standard account if you are at least 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 you must have a parent or legal guardian fill out a special page and mail in a waiver form. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and for all hardware, software, service and other costs you incur to access your account. We may add, delete or change some or all of the services provided as part of our standard accounts at any time.
	II. To enroll in pay memberships, go to and provide the requested information. By enrolling in pay memberships, you obtain the services associated with such accounts as we establish from time to time in our sole discretion. The functionality associated with each account level is described on our web site. Bitera Corporation will automatically charge your credit card the amount of the applicable subscription fee plus any applicable taxes, and by submitting such data you authorize us to do so. Thereafter, on the applicable anniversary of your subscription, we will charge your credit card the then-current renewal rate for your subscription period plus any applicable taxes, and you authorize us to do so. If we are unable to charge your credit card at renewal time, we may disable your account.
	III. We must set certain guidelines as to the content of the web pages as relating to active membership. Pages can not contain, or contain links to, any of the following: warez, nudity, sex, pornography, foul language, hate propaganda, anything illegal, mail fraud or pyramid schemes. This includes anything considered Adult material.
	IV. You can not copy any other page and/or images without prior consent from the originator of the other page and/or images.
	V. You will not send unsolicited email (SPAM) which in anyway references your PoetsPress.com account.
	VI. You will be the ONLY responsible person for your site's content.
	VII. PoetsPress.com reserves the right to delete any page it deems unacceptable for any reason without prior notice.
	VIII. PoetsPress.com makes no guarantee as to the availability of service.
	IX. Pages are subject to removal with prior notice using the email address provided during enrollment..
	X. PoetsPress.com reserves the right to change these rules at any time without notice.
